How do I start dictating?
Install the app, sign in and allow microphone access. Hover over the island and click the microphone. The check mark finishes recording and starts transcription. The cross cancels.
Does audio leave my computer?
Audio is sent through the VoxFlow server to Polza AI and the selected model for transcription. Editing and translation use the configured cloud route. Text history is off by default.
When does the trial start?
72-hour trial after email verification. 500 dictation words daily, up to 10 translations and 10 text actions a day. Trial translations accept up to 1,000 characters. Then Free: 200 dictation words and two shared translation or text action requests daily, up to 200 source words each.
Can I disable renewal?
Yes. Choose a one-time payment before checkout or cancel renewal in your account; access lasts until the period ends.
How many devices can I use?
Use as many devices as you need. Revoke an individual device session in your account.
What is the recovery key?
It unlocks encrypted data on a new device. It is shown once and never sent to the server.
What about Linux and macOS?
Linux x64 is beta and X11 works better than Wayland. macOS follows signing and notarization.
How do I request a refund?
Contact business support within 7 days of the first payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Free — a daily allowance
Then Free: 200 dictation words and two shared translation or text action requests daily, up to 200 source words each. Notes, templates and clipboard do not use cloud allowance. Clipboard history is enabled in settings. Allowance is shared across devices, resets at 00:00 UTC and does not roll over. Recordings can last five minutes: the last permitted dictation is returned in full. Free is available after a subscription ends; signing in again does not restart the trial.
