First payment
VoxFlow voluntarily accepts a request for a full refund of the first payment within seven calendar days. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated through Robokassa. Cancelling renewal stops future charges but keeps access until the paid period ends.
