Controller and scope
The VoxFlow owner identified below controls personal data processed through voxflow.space, the account, desktop app, support requests and payments.
Data the service needs
Accounts store email, password hash, locale, subscription state, aggregated usage, pseudonymous device information, sessions and security events. Payment card details are handled by Robokassa and are not stored by VoxFlow.
Online transcription and translation
Request audio and text pass through the VoxFlow server to Polza AI and the selected model provider for transcription, editing or translation. VoxFlow does not retain temporary audio after the request. Text and clipboard history are off by default.
Encrypted sync
When sync is enabled, history, Dictionary and snippets are stored as ciphertext. The recovery key is shown once, never sent to VoxFlow and cannot be recovered by an administrator.
Infrastructure and recipients
Core infrastructure is hosted by Timeweb, corporate email by Yandex 360, payments by Robokassa, and individual AI requests by Polza AI and the selected model provider. Each recipient receives only the data needed for its role.
Retention and rights
Data is kept only as long as needed for service delivery, security, accounting and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, export or account deletion using the legal email below. Verification links last 24 hours, reset links 1 hour, and sessions up to 30 days or until logout.

Visits, security and partners
With analytics permission, VoxFlow stores its page path without query parameters, source, campaign, random visitor/session IDs and activity timestamps for 90 days. Dictation content and raw IP addresses are excluded. When enabled, hCaptcha (Intuition Machines) processes technical security data and our server validates its token. A referral link can attribute a new account to a partner; partners see aggregates and rewards without customer names or emails.
