Offer and service
Payment after reviewing the plan, period, renewal mode and these terms accepts the offer. VoxFlow grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the desktop app and related online services within the selected plan.
Trial and subscription
The three-day trial starts after email verification and never becomes paid automatically. Price, taxes, billing period, renewal mode and next charge date are shown before Robokassa checkout. Plan changes apply from the next period.
Recurring-charge consent
Renewal starts only after the user selects an initially empty checkbox showing the exact amount, monthly or 12-month interval, first repeat-charge date, personal-data notice and links to this offer and the privacy policy. The same amount is charged at the selected interval until renewal is disabled in the account. A plan or period change requires a fresh consent; a one-time payment never authorises repeat charges. VoxFlow keeps the consent text, versions, amount, time and linked account, payment and subscription identifiers as evidence.
Account security
Use a working email and keep your password and recovery key confidential. End sessions, change the password or contact support if compromise is suspected.
Unsigned downloads
Until publisher certificates are available, Windows may show SmartScreen and macOS may block the app with Gatekeeper. Download only from voxflow.space, compare the published checksum and approve the first launch manually. The macOS build remains beta until separately announced.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass limits, resell access, attack the service, access other users’ data or use VoxFlow to violate law or third-party rights.
Limitations and disputes
Recognition and translation can contain errors and must be checked before consequential use. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force. Russian law applies; claims can be sent to the legal email below. Updated 23 September 2026.
Promotions and partners
Codes may limit dates, uses, accounts, plans and periods. Discounts apply to a one-time payment after server validation; the final price is shown before consent. Complimentary access keeps normal plan quotas and does not cancel existing auto-renewal. Partnership requires manual approval and individual terms. Rewards depend on confirmed payments, the customer term, hold and refunds; payout requests are reviewed.
